In recent weeks, I have been practicing destruction in Houdini and composition in Nuke. Inspired by the Voxyde workshop on lighting destruction, I created a scene featuring a powerful character casting an extraordinary spell.
The layout consists of several particle effects and a physical simulation for destroying land. The characters and animations were taken from the Unreal Engine Paragon characters.
